Senders of bulk mail may obtain discounts from the Post Office for presorting mail. D-Mail sorts mail according to Post Office definitions, allowing substantial discounts to be obtained. And it does a lot more!
D-Mail Features
D-Mail runs on ANY PC system under thirty-two bit Windows (95, 98, NT4, 2000, XP, etc). Versions are also available for DOS, OS2 and Linux.
D-Mail has passed the Post Office tests.
D-Mail is simple, menu driven and very easy to use.
D-Mail reads most common PC file formats. Your original data is copied and left intact.
D-Mail lets users alter postal charges and discounts as changes become effective.
D-Mail has facilities for adding and changing postcodes
D-Mail utilities load new databases (supplied free by the Post Office) when updates are implemented.
D-Mail prints labels in groups of convenient size or whole file at once. Reprints are easy.
Extra fields, such as Salutation, can be added readily.
D-Mail is developed and serviced by a company with over 20 years database experience.
